Welcome to the Former Texas Rangers Foundation - a 35-year-old organization dedicated to preserving the history of one of Texas' oldest and world-renown institutions - the Texas Rangers. The Former Texas Rangers Foundation was organized to support the mission of the Former Texas Rangers Association, a 113-year-old organization consisting exclusively of Texas Rangers and their descendents dedicated to preserving Texas Ranger history. The Foundation organizers shared a strong desire to provide the necessary support to this group of dedicated, retired Texas Rangers and their families. Their vision and dedication with the creation of the Former Texas Rangers Foundation now allows for individuals and corporations to join the ranks of these Texas Rangers by supporting Texas Ranger history with membership opportunities through the Foundation. And now, with our variety of memberships, everyone can join up with the Rangers and be a part of preserving Texas Ranger history. The current focus of the Former Texas Rangers Foundation is to provide Texans and visitors to the Lone Star state the opportunity to experience first-hand the history, the philosophy and the life experiences of one of Texas' oldest institutions - the Texas Rangers - with the future Texas Rangers Heritage Center.
