In 2000, I began my medical practice in Colleyville, TX, taking care of people in a busy family practice clinic, while volunteering as medical director of a low income clinic in Grapevine, TX. In 2009, God blessed me with an opportunity, to spend six months in New Zealand exploring the beautiful country with my family while practicing medicine in their health system. The journey back to Texas, led us to Fredericksburg, fulfilling the dream of living in the Texas Hill Country!
My interest is in nutrition, metabolism, weight management & womens health issues. Many problems I have taken care of as a family doctor directly stem from excessive weight or improper nutritional needs. I have obtained training in nutrition, metabolism & weight management and look forward to helping patients who need direction on their journey to better health. Womens health is another area that is constantly developing and changing, and I enjoy the challenge of keeping up with the latest advances
