Greeting guests: Welcoming guests and making them feel welcome
Managing reservations: Receiving and managing reservations made by phone, online, or in person
Checking guests in and out: Managing the check-in and check-out processes
Assigning rooms: Assigning rooms to guests and providing information about hotel specials
Verifying payment: Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in
Distributing room keys: Issuing room keys to guests
Explaining amenities: Informing guests about the hotel's amenities
Resolving complaints: Responding to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and friendly manner
Providing customer service: Ensuring guests have a positive experience throughout their stay
