Job Description

HC Broadcasting is a dynamic and community-focused suite of radio stations, based in Fredericksburg since 1947. We take pride in delivering quality programming and fostering strong connections with our audience. We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize paperwork, filing, and administrative tasks.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
Assist with miscellaneous office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 20-25 hours per week.

Work Environment:

In-person position at our Fredericksburg office.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
